Age Concern Councils throughout New Zealand offer a tremendous variety of workshops, seminars, and health promotion programmes for you to participate in, attend and enjoy.

These may vary from nutrition and wellness programmes, safer driving workshops, incontinence seminars, planning ahead and retirement talks to general information on what is available for you in your local community.
